Northeast Detectives Investigate Early Morning Hot Prowl Residential Burglaries in East Hollywood and Silver Lake Area NR24214ti

These crimes have occurred in the following locations:

1100 Block of Sanborn Avenue
1200 Block of Manzanita Avenue
4600 Block of Prospect Avenue
1100 Block of New Hampshire Avenue

The suspect is described as a male, possibly White or Hispanic, 20 to 35 years old, with a thin build. He stands approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and was last seen wearing dark athletic pants, black athletic shoes with a white logo, a dark sweatshirt or windbreaker, and a dark hat.

Los Angeles: Northeast Area Detectives are investigating a series of hot prowl residential burglaries in the East Hollywood and Silver Lake areas. The burglaries occurred in the early morning hours of July 27, 2024. One of these burglaries also involved a sexual assault of the female victim.

Residents are encouraged to turn on all exterior lighting, lock all windows and doors, and be aware of any suspicious persons or vehicles. Remember, ‘If you see something, say something, and report all suspicious activity by calling 9-1-1.
