Los Angeles: Widespread erroneous reports have circulated regarding the arrest of Kerry Lathan, one of the individuals who was shot the night of Nipsey Hussle’s murder.
The Los Angeles Police Department’s South Bureau Homicide Division never arrested Lathan. Furthermore, he is being treated as a victim and witness in this investigation. Lathan was arrested on a parole violation by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and was never taken into custody by the LAPD, or did the Department order his arrest.
