WHY: On June 17, 2016, around 9:45 p.m., 39-year-old Dianey Santos, was standing at a bus stop near the corner of South Broadway and West 83rd Street, when an altercation occurred between two men. One of the men shot at the other man, and Santos was hit in the head by a stray bullet. Santos was a single mother and left behind two daughters a 9-year-old and a 15-year-old.
